1. Introduction
This Site is owned and operated by Precis Petite® (“Precis Petite®“, “we“, “us” or “our“). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use our Site.

2. Use of the Site

3. Your Precis Petite® Account
3.1 To access certain features or functions through our Site, you may be required to register for a Precis Petite® account. Eligibility for an account is limited to individuals over 16.
3.2 When registering for an account, you must provide true, accurate and complete registration information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs through your account.
3.3 You must not impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent yourself or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
3.4 Your account credentials (username and password) may only be used by you and must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your credentials with anyone. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
3.5 You can cancel your account at any time by emailing customer support. Your account will be deactivated once your request is processed, but this may not result in deletion of your information from our live databases.
3.6 Precis Petite® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in breach of these Terms.
4. Placing Orders
4.1 All orders for products placed through our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract between you and Precis Petite®. All orders are subject to acceptance, verification and availability.
4.2 By placing an order through the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into contracts and are at least 18 years old.
4.3 The risk of loss passes to you on delivery of merchandise to the carrier. Title in products purchased from Precis Petite® shall remain with Precis Petite® until payment is received in full.
4.4 We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product images, descriptions, availability, pricing and related information on the Site. However, we do not guarantee or warrant that such information is error-free. Certain items may be discontinued or supplies may be limited.
4.5 You must notify us of any pricing or descriptive errors on your order prior to shipment. Precis Petite® will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests if we can.
4.6 All prices shown are in Pound sterling. Prices are subject to change at any time.
4.7 Payments must be made online by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards. Your card will be charged upon order placement.
4.8 If payment cannot be successfully processed or is later reversed, your order may be cancelled. You will be responsible for re-submitting payment.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 You may return unused products in original condition with all tags still attached within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund. We do not accept returns on certain discounted or final sale items.
5.2 To initiate a return, email customer service or log into your account to request a return label. Return shipping costs will be covered by Precis Petite®. You are responsible for ensuring proper packaging of items.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once items are received and verified to meet return conditions. This process may take up to 30 days.
5.4 You can exchange products for a different size or color by initiating a return and placing a new order. Only one exchange per original order is allowed.
5.5 Precis Petite® reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Items returned in poor condition
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and cosmetics
5.6 You are responsible for costs incurred in shipping products to Precis Petite®. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and insurance for items valued over £100.
5.7 Refunds or exchanges shall not be provided where impermissible under applicable laws.
6. Product Warranties & Warnings
6.1 Precis Petite® warrants that its products are reasonably fit for normal, intended uses and free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
6.2 Any improper use, alteration, accident or mishandling of products will void this limited warranty. Prolonged sun exposure can damage certain fabrics and materials. Extended wear may loosen clasps, links or threads.
6.3 For health and safety reasons, cosmetics, intimates and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used.
6.4 You assume full responsibility for ensuring products are suitable for your intended uses and compliant with all relevant laws and safety standards applicable to you.
6.5 If a Precis Petite® product does not meet limited warranty conditions, notify us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for free repair or replacement. We may require return of damaged items prior to providing a replacement.
6.6 The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied. We make no other representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to products on the Site.
7. Our Intellectual Property
7.1 The Site contains intellectual property owned by Precis Petite®, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property.
7.2 You may not use Precis Petite® intellectual property for any reason without our express prior written consent.
7.3 All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names used on our Site are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of Precis Petite®. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in any manner without prior written permission.
7.4 If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions to Precis Petite® through the Site, you grant Precis Petite® the perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify and otherwise fully exploit such materials at our sole discretion without any obligation or payment to you.
8. User Content
8.1 You retain ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights in text, graphics, images, music, software code, audio and other content you submit to Precis Petite® through the Site (“User Content“), with the following exceptions:
- Reviews, ratings, text and images submitted in product review features are usable by Precis Petite® and will be attributed to your account publicly.
- Content will be accessible to Precis Petite® for technical administration of the Site.
8.2 By submitting User Content to Precis Petite®, you grant Precis Petite® a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, distribute and otherwise exploit the User Content solely for the operation and promotion of the Site.
8.3 You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Further, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant the foregoing license of rights to Precis Petite®.
8.4 Precis Petite® assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store User Content maintained through the Site. We have no obligation to monitor User Content, but reserve the right to monitor User Content and to delete or modify User Content for any reason without notice.
9. Our Liability

10. Indemnification
10.1 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Precis Petite® and our directors, officers, contractors, vendors and agents from any liability, damages, claims or demands arising out of your use of the Site, including reasonable legal fees.
10.2 Precis Petite® reserves the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnified matter and you agree to cooperate with such defense and settlement.

11.1 The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not controlled by Precis Petite®. We make no representations concerning content or accuracy of materials on such websites. Use of third party links is at your sole risk and subject to terms and conditions of such websites.
11.2 Precis Petite® has no control over third party content and assumes no responsibility for damages or claims arising from third party materials made available through our Site. We are not responsible for any use that you make of such third party content.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflicts of law principles. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Precis Petite® resides in the courts located in England and you expressly consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of these Terms.
12.2 For any dispute not subject to arbitration you and Precis Petite® agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in England. You hereby consent and waive all objections to such jurisdiction and venue.
13. Changes to Website or Terms
13.1 Precis Petite® reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any features or parts of the Site without notice. We will not be liable to you for any such changes.

14. General Provisions
